Achievegoal Co., Ltd. is seeking fluent English-speaking teachers from the Philippines, who are currently residing in Japan, to work as Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) in public elementary and junior high schools

Job Description and Duties

As an ALT, you will:

• Assist Japanese Teachers of English (JTEs) in delivering English lessons
• Help design lesson plans and prepare instructional materials
• Facilitate engaging classroom activities to improve student English skills
• Participate in school events, workshops, and cultural programs
• Submit weekly and monthly reports on student progress

Qualifications

• Female, 24–40 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
• Passed Teachers’ Licensure Exam and/or holds TESOL/TEFL Certificate
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience
• Strong spoken and written English
• Japanese proficiency: Conversational or higher
• Must currently be residing in Japan

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly gross salary: ¥225,000
• Deductions:
  • Income tax and resident tax
  • Social insurance Coverage (health insurance, national pension, employment insurance)
  • Accommodation and utilities (minimum monthly fee apply)
• Support with relocation to Yamanashi if needed
• Visa sponsorship

Other Conditions

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional school events
• Contract period: 1 year, renewable
• Must be willing to collaborate with Japanese colleagues and adapt to local school culture
• English teaching experience with children is highly preferred
